The Truth Most Birth Classes Won’t Tell You
Many hospital childbirth classes focus on:
• hospital policies
• medical pain management options
• basic stages of labor
But they rarely teach you:
• how to navigate medical decisions
• how to ask better questions
• how to protect the birth experience you want
• what your options actually are
So when labor begins, many parents feel unprepared for the real decisions that arise.
This class changes that.
Step Into Birth Like You Mean It
This isn’t a class to passively watch or politely take notes. This is your chance to show up fully prepared, confident, and grounded for one of the most powerful experiences of your life.
Here, you’ll learn what really happens in labor, how to advocate for yourself, and how to navigate every choice with clarity — without confusion, fear, or “just trust the system” advice.

Education & Support Changes Everything...
"I'm very glad that I decided to have a doula and use Eva. She was a wealth of information pre-L&D, and during L&D she was constantly working to make me more comfortable, allowing my husband to simply be focused on emotionally supporting me rather than fretting about what to do for me. Eva made the whole experience much better. I would 100% recommend her services."

About the Educator!
Hi, I'm Eva-birth doula, childbirth educator, postpartum doula, mother, and the heart behind The Grounded Birth Collective.
If you’re here, you’re probably not looking to just “get through” birth.
You want to understand what’s happening in your body, feel confident in your decisions, and actually feel part of your experience.
That’s exactly why I do this work.
I don’t teach birth from a place of fear — and I definitely don’t teach you to just “go with the flow.”
I teach you how birth actually works — physiologically, emotionally, and within the real-world medical system — so you can make decisions that feel aligned, not pressured.
Because confidence in birth doesn’t come from hoping everything goes well.
It comes from understanding your options, trusting your body, and knowing how to speak up when it matters.
As a doula, I’ve supported women through all kinds of births — and what makes the biggest difference isn’t a perfect plan… it’s feeling informed, prepared, and deeply supported.
This class is where that starts.

FAQ?
Have questions? Here are some of the most FAQ. But, if you still have questions, just reach out. I am always happy to chat further about the Grounded Birth Collective course to help you prepare for your birth.
No worries, I record every session in case you have to miss, get sick suddenly, or just want to replay for future preparation.
The class covers everything you need to know for handling pregnancy, birth and postpartum. We start module one by learning all about our bodies, psysological labor, stages of labor, coping mechanisms (medical and non-medical), and advocacy skills. Then we dive into planning and preparing for postpartum and newborn care basics.
I share additional resources which supplement what we learn in class and make easy references afterwards. I also share a bonus birth preparation guide with videos, handouts, and references on how to prepare your body for labor. Everyone also gets access to my Birth Advocacy Toolkit which we will use in class and beyond!
You decide! Anyone who is interested in a bonus session enrolls and we vote on a time for the session together. The, you tell me what you need more of. This may look like a birth planning session where I help participants create their ideal birth plan or it may look like more optimal fetal positioning practice or even learning more about parenting beyond the newborn time frame.
There is no wrong time but I advise taking a class in late second trimester or early third in order for the information to be the most fresh and relevant. All classes cohorts are listed above!
The class is a $300 investment in your pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey (early enrollment discounts offered)! The bonus session is $50 if you choose to enroll. For that investment you get my expertise as a doula who has supported all types of births for the past 3 years and worked with numerous families during the postpartum period for over 8 years. Plus, you can a community of women in the same group to share information, celebrate birth, and prepare for parenthood together on top of my advocacy driven, research-fueled class curriculum.
